Conference Overview
This session explored how AI can be made more inclusive, accessible, and human-centered across different learning and support environments. Allysha is a leadership coach, behavioral scientist, and professor who helps organizations build high-impact leaders, inclusive cultures, and scalable learning systems. She brings more than 15 years of experience across academia, nonprofits, and industry.
Topic: Lessons About Human-Centeredness, AI, and Inclusive EdTech
This talk focused on how EdTech and AI can support more inclusive learning by personalizing experiences for young people from different cultural backgrounds. It highlighted how equity, cultural relevance, and behavioral insight can help expand access, engagement, and confidence.
